Residential Care Homes

Opened in 2017, and Walk of Grace's first treatment home, the Knotridge Multi-Gender Youth Program is tailored towards children with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis. This home admits male and female youth. Located in a beautiful new development in Navan, Ontario the Knotridge Program is near many public amenities and is a 5 bedroom treatment home.

Opened in 2018, the Russell Male Adult Program was intended for the youth in Walk of Grace's care to transition into the adult sector within our agency. It is located on a beautiful property in Vars, Ontario, and is tailored towards high support male adults with dual diagnosis. The Russell Program is a duplex home with 5 bedrooms.

Opened in 2019, the Amiens Program is tailored towards male youth with high support needs and dual diagnosis. The Amiens Program is in the heart of Queenswood Heights and is near many public amenities. The Amiens Program is a 5 bedroom program.

Opened in 2020, the Joshua Female Adult Program was intended for the female youth at Walk of Grace to transition into an adult home and remain within our agency and their support circle, families, schools, and friends. The Josahu Female Program is a 6 bedroom treatment home and is located in the heart of Bradley Estates.

Opened in 2021-2022, and located near the newly built park & ride in Chapel Hill, The Renaud Youth Program is tailored towards high support male and female youth with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis! This program is unique, as it facilitates a high staffing ratio for children living in the home.

Our Program Description
Our residential care programs are a long-term/short-term care home for individuals with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis. Walk of Grace pertains to the ages of 10 years - 18+ years, both male and female. Our programs are tailored towards adults and youth who are diagnosed with anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, hearing loss, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, vision impairment, and other developmental delays. Walk of Grace takes into account the resident's mental health needs and works with a clinical care team in developing the proper Behaviour Support Programs to help teach new behaviours through Applied Behaviour Analysis.
